Brief Description
A cream coloured silk handkerchief with a golden border trim. Centre features a detailed black and white sketch of the Australian cricket team from 1888, reading; "THE AUSTRALIAN / J. J. LYONS F. J. FERRIS J. EDWARDS S. P. JONES / G. W. BEAL, MANAGER H. F. BOYLE J. M. C. BLACKHAM J. WORRALL A. H. JARVIS / P. S. MACDONNELL, CAPTAIN A. C. BANNERMAN H. TROTT C. T. B. TURNER G. J. BONNOR / 1888". Faint lettering can be made out under the sketch.
