Brief Description
Slazenger ' Margaret Court' endorsed tennis racquet, circa 1960s-70s. The wooden racquet features a cream and pale green colour scheme with black print and a facsimile head shot of Margaret Court in the centre. The words "MARGARET COURT" are at the bottom of the head of the racquet,"MY PERSONAL MODEL BY SLAZENGER" on the handle, a facsimile of Court's signature on the side handle with "I RECOMMEND SLAZENGER RACKETS FOR SPEED, STRENGTH & DURABILITY". The opposite side of the handle includes "THIS EXCLUSIVE MODEL BY SLAZENGER HAS BEEN CRAFTED TO THE PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS OF WORLD GRAND SLAM WINNER MARGARET COURT". The racquet strings feature a red dyed silhouette number one.
