Brief Description
A pair of Adidas 'spikes' worn by Ron Clarke, circa 1960s. The shoes are a brown pale suede leather, green stitching with black trimmings; laces and stripes. An Adidas logo appears on the tongue with "ADIDAS / MILER / MADE IN FRANCE". The left show has a black heel tab. Both shoes include plastic grip material on the foam underside with two metal spikes in each ball section, as well as plastic reinforcing moulds inside.
