Brief Description
League of Victorian Wheelmen councillor medal belonging to Iddo Munro's brother, Hercs Munro. Hercs was elected to the council of the League of Victorian Wheelmen in 1926. The circular medal features a decorative eyelet and suspension ring. The centre features a gilt suspended Bicyle wheel with spanned wings with a red enamel banner overlay reading "COUNCILLOR". The outer border is of dark blue enamel and reads "LEAGUE OF VICTORIAN / WHEELMAN". Centre of verso features makers mark; "WHITTENBACH & CO".
