Brief Description
An egg warmer trophy presented to Albert Broomham by Broomham Brothers Tannery upon Albert's selection for the Australasian tour of England, 1911/12. A dome shaped lid with circular knob features inscription: " PRESENTED TO / A.F.BROOMHAM / AS A TOKEN OF ESTEEM FROM THE EMPLOYEES / OF BROOMHAM BROS. WILLOUGHBY / ON HIS DEPARTURE / FOR ENGLAND WITH THE AUSTRALASIAN / TEAM OF R.F.L / AUG 5TH 1911". A removable spirit stove and snuffer sit beneath an oval shaped body supported by three legs and circular base. Inside sits a four-egg coddler insert.
