Brief Description
Albert Broomham's New South Wales representative cap from 1908. The cap is of blue velvet featuring a silver brocade tassel with silver corded ribbon trimmings and embroidery. "1908" on the brim, a kangaroo silhouette on the centre and "NSWRFL" above. The cap is lined with a similarly silver material, with a label at the centre featuring: "VICTOR TRUMPER & CO. / HATTERS & MERCERS / 317 GEORGE STREET SYDNEY". Two identifying printed labels of "A.BROOMHAM" inside.
