Brief Description
Trophy, large cup with two handles; awarded to Keith Thurgood for winning the Adelaide-Port Pirie 150 Mile Championship on 24 September 1938. Cup on short stem, arabesque handles; black painted wooden base. Engraved inscription on bowl: "THE RENOLD CUP // DONATED BY THE RENOLD & COVENTRY CHAIN CO. LTD., MANCHESTER ENGLAND / THE "HEALING" / ADELAIDE - PORT PIRIE / 150 M CHAMPIONSHIP / 24/9/38 / WINNER".
