Brief Description
Trophy, medium cup with two handles, lid, EPNS; awarded to Keith Thurgood for winning the State One Mile Cycle Championship on 1st January 1937. Elongated cup with narrowed neck, no stem; flat lid with handle in centre, angular squared handles. Dark red/brown plastic base. Engraved inscription on cup: "G. N. A. & C. C. / Centenary Meeting / STATE ONE MILE CYCLE CHAMPIONSHIP / won by / K. Thurgood / 1 - 1 - 37".
