Sash, blue, satin; awarded to Keith Thurgood. "B.H.A.S. EMPLOYEE'S PICNIC / And SPORTS. Sept. 21. 1938. / Chairman's Derby. 14 Miles. / Donated J.N. Keynes. Esq. Winner" in gold print. Fastened at side with metal press stud; ends feature gold braided cord fringing.
