Brief Description
Brown metal badge attached to piece of brown cotton. Badge features two bronze rifles crossed over each other. A six pointed bronze star is located between the two barrel ends of the rifles. Verso is a metal plate, oval shaped, with pins in to keep the rifles in position. The badge can be worn as a medallion. Badge housed in a folded sheet of paper which is labelled: "RIFLE-SHOOTING MEDALLION,/ WON AT ESSENDON BY/ F.E. FLETCHER/ APRIL 1919".
