Sash, blue, satin; awarded to Christopher Wheeler. "Footscray Amateur Cycling Club / 25 Mile Road / CHAMPIONSHIP / Won by C. WHEELER / 1933" in gold print. Fastened at side with shield-shaped metal brooch, inscription as above; ends feature long gold braided cord fringing.
