Brief Description
Sash, blue, satin, gold edging, lined; awarded to cyclist Les Smith. "25 MILE AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP / OF W.A." in gold print; fastened at side with silver brooch, buckle shaped, with engraved inscription: "P.A.C.C. / 25 Mile Amateur Road Champ of W.A. / L. K. SMITH 1st / Time 1hr 9min 35sec 25.9.20"; ends feature gold braided cord fringing.
