Sash, blue, satin; awarded to cyclist Ernie Milliken. "Victorian Amateur Cyclists' Union / 62.14 MILES SENIOR / ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP / 1934 / Won by E. Milliken" in gold print; fastened at side with silver brooch, diamond shaped with engraved inscription as above, and VACU logo; ends feature long gold braided cord fringing.
