Brief Description
A framed colour reproduction of a painting of Keith Miller. The image of Miller presents him in cricket whites, swinging a cricket bat in a dramatic batting pose. The text underneath the image reads, "MCG 150th Anniversary Tapestry". A reproduction of Robert Ingpen's painting was used as a guide by the weavers at the Victorian Tapestry Workshop, to create a tapestry commemorating 150 years of activity at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Presented by MCC President David Jones to Keith Miller at a celebratory dinner in the MCC Long Room on September 23, 2003.
