Brief Description
Medal presented to W.F. Maddock (cyclist) as the Councillor of the League of Victorian Wheelman in the 1920s-30s. Obverse features cut-out design of a metal winged wheel superimposed by a yellow enamel scroll with text that reads "COUNCILLOR". Text in surrounding black enamel border reads "LEAGUE OF VICTORIAN / WHEELMAN". Decorative suspension ring at top.
