Brief Description
Medal awarded to W.F. Maddock (cyclist) by the League of Victorian Wheelman in 1920s-30s. Obverse features L.V.W. monogram in blue enamel surrounded by gold. Below are spread golden bird wings above a cut-out section. Framed by a red oval-shaped enamel border. Suspension ring at top.
