Brief Description
Green, wool Australian Olympic team blazer. On the proper left breast pocket, the Australian Coat of Arms and Olympic rings have been embroidered and beneath in yellow embroidery states "OLYMPIC GAMES 1956". Green fabric trim with two stripes located on the bottom section of both sleeves and along the top of all three pockets. There are two gold coloured metal buttons on the front of the blazer. On the inside lining on the proper right hand side is a fabric label that has been stamped with "MISS.N.BORWICK./5878.". A black fabric label has been sewn onto the inside at the base of the collar and states "David Lack Pty Ltd/MELBOURNE".
