Brief Description
Fifteen navy felt runner arm bands from the Federal Football League. The arm band is rectangular shaped, with the corners removed. The felt rectangle reads "F.F.L/RUNNER" in light-blue text. There are two long pieces of material coming from the right and left hand side of the arm band.
