Brief Description
A small, stapled booklet with light-blue coloured covers. Along the top and bottom of the front cover are decorative lines. Within this border, at the top of the cover in dark-blue font states "THE FEDERAL DISTRICT/FOOTBALL LEAGUE/Founded 1909". On the centre of the cover is a hand drawn image of a football match in play. Below the image in dark-blue font states "- 1959 -/CONSTITUTION AND RULES".
