Brief Description
A small, stapled booklet with pink coloured covers. On the front cover depicts a black coloured decorative border. Within the border in black font states "Victorian Football League/Federal District/1949/CONSTITUTION/AND RULES/H. J. GODFREY, Secretary,/5 Conifer Street, Hampton". Below the border at the bottom of the front cover states in black font "Standard Newspapers Print. Cheltenham.". There is some discolouration around the edges of the cover.
