Brief Description
A small, stapled booklet with light blue coloured covers. On the front cover depicts a black coloured decorative border. Within the border in black font states "Victorian Football League/Federal District/League/1940/Constitution, Rules and/Fixtures/J. FURMEDGE, Secretary,/26 Naples Road, Mentone, S.11/Phone: Chelt. 600.". Below the border at the bottom of the front cover states in black font "Standard Newspapers Print. Cheltenham.". At the top of the cover just above the border is a large cross and "1944" that are both handwritten in black pen. Around the edges of the cover is discolouration.
