Booklet that states on the cover "FEDERAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE/Founded 1909/61ST ANNUAL REPORT/and/BALANCE SHEET/Season 1969" in blue font. On the bottom section of the cover states "To be presented to the/ANNUAL MEETING/To be held at the/MONTROSE RESERVE PAVILION/BRINDISI STREET, MENTONE/TUESDAY, 24th FEBRUARY, 1970, at 3.00 pm". The booklet has discolouration and is now a light brown colouring.
