Brief Description
Light blue booklet of the Federal Football League Constitution and Rules. This booklet is the revised version of 1970. In dark blue on the front cover states "THE FEDERAL/FOOTBALL LEAGUE/Founded 1909/CONSTITUTION AND RULES/Revised 1970". In the middle of the cover is a small drawing in blue of a football match. "Revised 1970" is circled in blue pen. "RETAIN FOR RECORDS" is written in blue pen at the top of cover of the booklet.
