Brief Description
Cricket bat, unsealed, spliced blade with brown twine binding handle. Front features stamped impression with black ink of the maker's details. It reads, in part, "TRADEMARK / WELLINGTON / PATTENT REINFORCED TOE...MAXIMA / CLUB / STUART / SURRIDGE & CO. LTD / LONDON ENGLAND / Specially made for / LINDSAY HASSETT". Reverse bears maker's white label and players' signatures.
