Brief Description
Cricket bat, unsealed, spliced blade with a red rubber grip covering the handle. The maker's mark, "GRAY-NICOLLS", features as an adhesive red and gold sticker on both the front and reverse of the bat. The face bears the signatures of both the Australian and English teams. Paper labels with each team's country and the event have been affixed to the bat with adhesive tape that has yellowed.
