Brief Description
Envelope containing eleven hand-made batting and bowling 'wagon wheel' charts showing the details of Patricia's Thomson's performances in the 1967 Women's Interstate Cricket Tournament. The diagrams are illustrated in coloured pencil, and show where Thomson scored her runs and where runs were scored off her bowling, as well as giving overall totals. Chart 1 is a batting chart from NSW's first innings against WA on 13/1/67, when Thomson made 30 runs. Chart 2 is a bowling chart from WA's first innings against NSW on 13/1/67, when Thomson took 2/5. Chart 3 is a bowling chat from WA's second innings against NSW on 14/1/67, when Thomson took 1/2 and 2/5. Chart 4 is a batting chart from NSW's first innings against SA on 16/1/67, when Thomson made 20 runs. Chart 5 is a bowling chart from SA's first innings against NSW on 16/1/67, when Thomson took 6/14. Chart 6 is a bowling chart from SA's second innings against NSW on 17/1/67, when Thomson took 4/13. Chart 7 is a batting chart from NSW's first innings against Victoria on 19/1/67, when Thomson made 80 runs. Chart 8 is a bowling chart from Victoria's first innings against NSW on 19/1/67, when Thomson took 0/0 and 0/1. Chart 9 is a bowling chart from Victoria's first innings against NSW on 20/1/67, when Thomson took 0/22 and 0/2. Chart 10 is a bowling chart from Victoria's first innings against NSW on 20/1/67, when Thomson took 1/10. Chart 11 is a batting chart from NSW's second innings against Victoria on 20/1/67 when Thomson made 5 not out. Envelope is made of yellow paper and carries the name 'P.THOMSON' handwritten in pencil and underlined in red. A greylead pencil has also been included.
