Brief Description
Two matchbooks. Front of first matchbook is red and white, resembles a cigarette packet and reads 'VISCOUNT/KING SIZE/FILTER'. Top of book is printed with the word 'VISCOUNT' in red. Bottom of book is printed 'MADE IN AUSTRALIA BY/BRYANT & MAY CONTENTS 20'. Reverse of book is printed with advertisement for Chateau Fort Restaurant in Unley, South Australia. Matches in book are alternately printed with the words 'VISCOUNT' and 'KING SIZE'. Matchbook is unused. Second matchbook is made of white card, and carries a picture of a hotel on the front along with the words 'POWELL'S/ COURT/MOTEL/PHONE 72 7995'. Bottom of book is printed 'MADE IN AUSTRALIA BY/BRYANT & MAY CONTENTS 20'. Back of book is printed with a small map giving the location of the hotel. The address is printed below the map and reads 'CORNER GLEN OSMOND AND/ GREENHILL RDS., PARKSIDE, S.A/OPPOSITE PARKSIDE HOTEL'. Matches in book are alternately printed with the words 'BRYANT & MAY' and 'BOOKMATCH'. Book is used, but still contains 14 matches.
