Cream coloured short sleeved shirt fastened by five plastic buttons at the front. Chest pocket at left chest. White tag sewn to inner collar reads 'RIGHT FITTING/"HAPPY"/GARMENT'. Grey tag at collar reads '45% WOOL 55% TERYLENE'. Reverse of shirt is plain.
