Brief Description
White dress.Consists of a flared skirt attached to a fitted bodice, with a modest high rounded neckline at front and v-cut neckline at reverse. Strips of green and yellow ribbon are sewn to the waist of the dress. The ribbon is overlaid with a wide band of decorative white lace. Reverse of dress is plain. Fastened by metal zipper on reverse. Zip is in the shape of a tennis racquet, with the letters 't t' on racquet face and the word 'NEWEY' on reverse. Tag attached to inside of dress beneath right arm reads 'teddy tinling/MADE IN ENGLAND/London'. Small button studs attached beneath shoulders.
