Brief Description
Framed ink cartoon with several panels. Top panel is captioned, "Xmas 'Party' at the MCG was a great success- for NSW!", and depicts a group of cricketers pointing to a lemon hanging off a denuded Christmas tree, while a man on the left says, "The S.A. grasshoppers have nothing on this". The smaller panels include three Test selectors, a man turning into a snail, people with sore feet, and a plague of grasshoppers. Label on reverse dates the cartoon to 29 Dec 1947.
