Brief Description
Melbourne Cricket Club Membership Medallion from 1955/56 season. Diamond shaped medallion with white enamel lower outer rim that reads MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB, red enamel top rim with gold dates and blue enamelled centre with gold MCC monogram, and brass floral design on upper outer rim. Brass back features Membership Number 2283, Full Member, and reads 'NOT / TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDS / 31st AUG 1956 / BERTRAM BROS / MELB.' Red, white and blue lanyard attached.
