Brief Description
Certificate in cream card mount, inside a brown wooden frame. The border of the certificate is a rectangular garland design which encloses the main body of the certificate, and features footballs in the two top corners and in the centre at the bottom. The top centre of the garland bears the AFL logo.Text printed along the top of the certificate reads 'Australian Football League'. Central certificate text reads 'Life/Membership/Awarded To/Ron Casey/In The Year Of/1998.' The certificate is signed by Ron Evans (Chairman of the AFL Commission), and Wayne Jackson (Chief Executive Officer of the AFL). The certificate is watermarked with the large text 'Australian/Football League/Life/Membership/Certificate' in the background of the body of the certificate. Reverse of frame has circular felt buffers in the bottom corners and is affixed with a metal wire for hanging. Sticker on the lower bottom of the reverse of the frame indicates that the certificate was framed to 'SEMI-CONSERVATION' standard by Steven Print Gallery, as job number 5536.
