Brief Description
Clear perspex freestanding plaque. Plaque contains the following printed message: 'Melbourne Olympic/ Candidature 1996/This is to certify that/Mr Ron Casey AM MBE/is a member of the abovenamed/company, which has been formed/with the principal objective to raise funds and do all things necessary or/ expedient to manage, co-ordinate and/organise Melbourne's Bid for the 1996/ Summer Olympic Games./Given under the Common Seal of/the Company this second day of/December 1988.' The message is undersigned by 'John T Ralph AO/President'. The Melbourne 1996 logo is printed on the right side of this message, and the message is affixed with the Common Seal of the Melbourne Olympic Candidature 1996.
