Brief Description
Olive green wool women's blazer, with woollen blouse. Blazer is size 16, blouse is size 14. Blazer has one pocket on the left breast. Pockets at hips of blazer are false. Breast pocket of blazer is embroidered with the Australian coat of arms, the Olympic rings, and the words 'BARCELONA/1992', all embroidered on top a set of five stripes in the colours of the Olympic rings which cover the length of the pocket. Cardboard tag loose in chest pocket of blazer gives maker's specifications for the garment. No buttons have been attached to the blazer. The blouse features an Australian wildflowers design made up of a pattern of red, blue, yellow and white flowers. Blouse is fastened by five plastic buttons on the front. Both blazer and blouse feature a tag sewn onto the lining of the garment which contains the Australian Olympic logo, the Australian Wool Corporation logo, and reads ' BARCELONA 1992/OFFICIAL/UNIFORM/SUPPLIED/BY/Australian Wool Corporation'.
