Brief Description
Black and white digital print on archival rag paper, framed and mounted in a black frame. Image depicts a crowd of spectators seated in wooden bench sets at the MCG. The primary subject of the photograph is a man wearing a flat cap, sunglasses, cardigan, large checked shirt, and white knee high socks, holding an open newspaper and a cigarette in his left hand. A 'Victoria Bitter' beer can can be seen at this right foot with a paper bag. Several other spectators are seated behind the man. Beneath the photograph in the left corner is the signature of the photograph, Angus O'Callaghan, written in pencil. Beneath the photograph in the right corner is hand written in pencil, "2/50", indicating the photograph is the 2nd print in a 50 print edition. On the back of the frame is a gold sticker containing the contact details for 'Artists Framing Services', two white felt circles in the two bottom corners, and hanging wire.
