Brief Description
Melbourne Cricket Club membership medallion for the season 1986-87. Medallion is made of metal, with blue, red and white enamel decoration on front, and an orange rope-cord attached to the top through a hole. The membership number, 14497, appears to be stamped into the metal and filled with white enamel at top, below which is affixed an enamel or plastic piece featuring the years 86 and 87 on red scrolls, while in blue, MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB is printed around the MCC logo and a large F. Inscription embossed on reverse reads, "NOT TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDS / 31ST. AUGUST / 1987".
