Brief Description
Collingwood Football Club 'Captains' membership cards and Collingwood Football Club Social Club member medallion. Membership card is plastic and rectangular, featuring an image of Nathan Buckley and the words 'CAPTAINS/2004 Membership'. Obverse of card gives type of membership, member's name, number and seating allocation. Social Club medallion is metal and enamel and comes with plastic pocket, lanyard and information guide. Medallion is round in shape with a rectangular bottom section. Front of medallion bears Collingwood logo and '2006/SOCIAL CLUB MEMBER'. Obverse of medal is engraved 'SEASON EXPIRES/31.10.2008/STRICTLY/NON-TRANSFERABLE/03442'. Small piece of black and white cord is attached to the medallion by a ring at the top of the medallion. Plastic pocket for medallion is rectangular and bears an imprint of the Collingwood logo. Lanyard is black and white and reads '2006 COLLINGWOOD SOCIAL CLUB MEMBER'. Information guide inside plastic pocket gives a basic introduction to grounds and facilities.
