Brief Description
Bronze coloured participants medal awarded to Ray Todd for taking part in the 1948 London Olympic Games. The medal features a city scape view of London, with XIV OLYMPIAD / LONDON / 1948 and the Olympic Rings printed below. The other side shows men in a chariot being drawn by horses and is inscribed with a maker's mark, "B.M". The medal was designed by Bertram Mackennel and John Pinches, and minted by John Pinches Ltd of London.
