Brief Description
Navy velvet bullion badge awarded to William Todd by the National Rifle Association. Inverted shield shape, with wreath and crossed rifles design and a cross motif inside circle in centre. Embroidery around edge of badge reads "PRO.DEO.ET.PATRIA/VICTORIA". Further embroidery reads "V.R.A./QUEEN'S THIRTY/1899".Possibly awarded to the top 30 shooters for the year.
