Brief Description
Gilt pierced metal circular Melbourne Cricket Club membership medallion, the obverse featuring blue, red, gold and white enamelling. Inscription on white around circumference reads, "MELB / CRICKET / CLUB / 1922-23"; the MCC emblem features at centre on royal blue shield surmounted on radiating red lines. The number 3828 has been debossed on the reverse, with the hallmark C BENTLEY appearing at bottom. Hole at top with suspension ring attached.
