Brief Description
Blue and red velvet bullion badge with silver and gold metal detailing won by William Todd. Base of badge is oval shaped with crown design on top. Bears the embroidered words "NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION" around the outside and in the middle of the badge is embroided"BISLEY/1902". Awarded to Top 100 in the Annual King's Competition.
