Brief Description
Membership medallion, diamond-like shape with curved corners, white and black enamel with gold text, reads, "R / 02041 [member number in white enamel] / 74 MCC 75". On reverse it reads, "SEASON ENDS 31-8-1975". Gold loop attachment at top threaded with green silk cord.
