Brief Description
Arm band worn by Ray Todd as a rowing umpire for the 1948 Olympic Games.
Rectangular cream coloured material with two pale mauve coloured strips. Purple lettering reads: "XIVTH OLYMPIAD / UMPIRE / ROWING". Strap and metal clasp at band ends for fastening.
