Embroidered cloth badge from William Bruce's team blazer; Australian Cricket Team tour of England 1893. Sewn in coloured thread the badge represents a shield edged in red, blue, yellow, black and white braid. A white cross with five yellow stars in the centre divides shield into four parts. Upper left coloured light blue, upper right yellow and black, lower left mauve, yellow and black and lower right royal blue.
