Brief Description
Small black and white photograph, taken of the Australian XI while sailing to South Africa on tour in 1935-36. Taken by Moira Dowling (nee Sullivan), who was a passenger on the ship. This photograph features two men, one with pipe in mouth. Handwritten inscription on reverse reads, "The pipe is out of place / in __ mouth- it / should be part and parcel / of tiger - the snap / shot resembles the / nickname don't you / think? ."
