Brief Description
Official plate commissioned by the Australian Olympic Federation for the 1984 Olympic Games. Limited edition. White china plate with coloured illustrations derived from original art by Bernard Tate, in centre: a man carrying a torch, the Olympic stadium and a gold symbol for the 1984 Olympic Games. Around the rim are the symbols of the Olympic Games from 1956 onwards and the inscription: "XXIIIrd OLYMPIAD/ Los Angeles 1984".
