Certificate awarded to Maureen Caird for establishing a 'BRITISH COMMONWEALTH/ ATHLETICS RECORD' on the 18 Oct 1968 at the Mexico Olympic Games where she won the gold medal for the Women's 80 metres Hurdles in 10.3 seconds. The time was also an Olympic Record, and equalled the World Record. The certificate is dated 12 July 1969.
