Brief Description
This tie - featuring broad green and narrow gold diagonal stripes - was worn by Mr Kenneth William Macdonald as part of the official Australian Team uniform at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Auckland in 1950. The manufacturers label is sewn into the reverse at the bottom and reads "Kipper Kravats / MADE FROM / VICARS WOOL FABRICS".
