Trophy awarded to Keith Miller for induction as a Legend of Australian sport by Sports Australia Hall of Fame in 2004. Blue glass vase sitting on sterling silver circular base. Medallion in centre of vase of floral wreath surrounding map of Australia and the stars of the Southern Cross. Eight figures around the base representing Bowler, Cyclist, Soccer players, Swimmer, Batsman, Horse Rider, Runner and Rower. Inscribed along bottom of base "Keith Miller The Sport Australia Hall Of Fame Legend 2004".
