Brief Description
A 28-page (cover exclusive) booklet containing all the rules and regulations set down by the International Olympic Committee, for conduct in sporting events governed by the I.O.C. and its affiliates. Green cover features the title: 'OLYMPIC/RULES/CITIUS ALTIUS/FORTIUS/INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE - LAUSANNE/1949'. Owner's name handwritten on upper right corner. Signature is possibly 'A.W. Coles' /Personal Copy. Name also handwritten on flyleaf with' Personal Copy'. There are annotations on several pages in biro to printed text
